today school was okfeel ok in school actually
but when I'm back home
the feeling and thoughts came back again
so
not in a mood again
sorry
will end my post here
wish I will feel better tmr

but just the feel came back
I did try not to think about it and concentrate in my work

because it will make us feel weird the next time we talk
